Picked it up from the dealer a couple of days ago. I have not owned a "car" in nearly 30 years, all trucks up until now. I could not be happier. They did a fantastic job getting this vehicle ready for me. While it is a 2013 model it looks and handles like a brand new one as far as I can ascertain. The day I picked it up it was nearly 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I had to turn the fan setting to low to keep from getting too cold in the cabin. Air conditioning problem was definitely fixed.
I am truly amazed at the suspension on this vehicle. Tight, smooth, and responsive to a degree I have never witnessed before. I have yet to really put my foot in it yet and am in no hurry to do so. I just enjoy driving it like an old man would right now and besides, I have a two wheeler to satisfy that urge should it arise It is just nice to know that I have the horsepower under the hood if I ever needed it.
I have much to learn as far as to all the instrumentation and how to access and utilize the available options that these awesome vehicles have. Fortunately the Owners Handbook and other literature was also included with the vehicle. I anticipate coming here often and learning as much as I can and I may have questions about things I do not understand or need advice. Thanks for being here and please know that I am now a very proud Jaguar owner.
