Default Jaguar Customer Relations

Good Morning All,

My names Mike and I just wanted to introduce myself. I work for Jaguar Land Rover and have just been appointed to my new role as Social Media Executive. I will now be looking after this forum taking over from Kelly who will concentrate on various other pieces of work.

I have worked for JLR now for over a year within the Customer Relationship Centre so have the knowledge to be able to answer a wide variety of questions. If I am unsure of the answer I will know the right person to ask and then get back to you.

As time goes on I will interact with your general conversations on the forum and give advice where necessary. But in the meantime if there is anything you would like me to respond to please just send me a PM.

I am looking forward to getting stuck in and getting to know you all.

Speak soon.

Kindest Regards

Mike Cotter

Welcome aboard. I have owned two Jags - an X-Type, which was the least reliable car I have ever owned (and I've owned Citroens and Alfas!) and my XF, which is the most flawlessly reliable car I have owned. Hopefully the XF is representative of the new Jaguar.

Welcome to the forums!

Good to have a JLR representative as a member here.

But really, who was/is Kelly? She must have been a lurker here.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to respond on the thread.

Sorry to hear about the unreliability of your X-Type but I am happy to hear that by the sounds of things we are moving in the right direction!

Many Thanks

Hi Vector,

Thanks for the post.

Kelly was the previous Jaguar Representative but she wasn't in this part of the business for very long so maybe not many people had much dealings with her.

If you need anything moving forward please do not hesitate to PM me.

Many Thanks

Thanks, will do if necessary.

This is a very friendly, helpful forum with a wealth of info for Jag owners of all years and models.

We are lucky to have quite a few experienced techs as members here who freely share their knowledge and experience.

We also have a lot of DIY owners (like me) too who frequently post "how to" articles to help us keep our Jags running in top condition.

You can monitor new posts and could probably assist with dealer/corporate related questions/problems and also post any JLR solutions to problems we encounter.

Thanks again for monitoring this forum. It is one of the best Jaguar resources on the web.
