Default Jaguar indies in the LA area

Any recommendations for reasonable indies in Los Angeles? Thanks to the ever helpful @Bigwill for noticing my sunroof needs repairing when we met this weekend. Unfortunately my guy doesn't do sun roof, and the dealer is quoting 5/600 bucks, same price quoted by one other jag indie, so im just shopping around if any of you know good jag indies around the LA area please let me know.

cheers

I had good luck with Mitchell’s British Automotive. Not sure how they compare to dealer prices though.

Not sure if south OC is too far but British Performance in Mission Viejo has a good reputation.

I stand corrected as you DON'T need to drop the headliner to level the sunroof, the service manual shows you only need to loosen 4 torx screws. See page 2565 of the manual buddy. The local dealer Alvarez Jag told me you did need to remove the headliner.. This is why I only buy parts from Alvarez.

Funny you just responded as I was on the phone to my friend (my indie) He said the same thing that you probably done need to drop the headliner and that the dealers are just saying that, he said it would only need to be dropped if it was something else..

Both dealers today told me its a 4 hour job at least and that yes the headliner has to come down.. But you told me that yours was done in 30 mins which proves otherwise and thats what my friend said when i told him that..
