Default Jaguar XF 2009 updates questions

Hi y'all jag folks,
I have two cars in my garage so far, One is the 15 F-Type and the other one is 09 XF .

Incase you guys don't know, I live all the way up in Canada and the winter here is bizarre and there is no freaking way to take my F-Type out in snow. So I'm planing to do some modifications to the look of my XF.

Im planning to do some minor/major modifications with the aesthetic look of my car. So far i have tinted the windows 25% its pretty dark and cool look.

IM planing to do the following upgrades:

Front Grill - Paint Black
Stock rims- Paint black (19inch)
Spoiler (not sure which one to buy)
lower the springs
Spacer 20mm
Straight pipe take out catalysts ( i'm not sure if it would sound good or not)

Lights:
High Beam headlight: ( I'm looking for the Bi-Xenon version but not sure where to find)

Rear Turn Signal: Looking to buy LED RED rather then Amber

Licesnce plate: White ( already installed)

Reverse Light: looking for LED white

MAP LIGHT: looking for 5k white led

My problem is with the navigation and audio system touch screen. I was thinking maybe its possible to update the software to the newer one (2012+ models). Or is it possible to buy the newer models touchscreen/console from a junk yard or etc,. and get that installed ? would the system function and fit and be compatible to the older module or it would need the newer module ? If not then what are the options ? ( is this project even feasible? )

If you guys any legit websites to do the shoppings for a reasonable price please provide.

Here is a picture of my car now

No easy upgrade. It's a different screen in the 2012.

The Jag techs that frequent this site said that the wiring is different throughout the car in the 2012+ models so you can't swap the touchscreens.
