If you can get it on the motorway or dual carriageway and drive it for a minimum of 15 mins at 60mph if not more this should clear it. If not cleared do it again, you must give her a good burn every month to keep it clear. If it is really blocked and won't clear take it to a garage that does Terraclean as they also will clean a DPFs. These cars do not appreciate bimbling around town all the time so a good burn will keep it clear. Hope this helps Keith

basically, you will eventually strangle the engine as it can't breath properly and your emissions will go up the spout and also an automatic MOT failure. When I bought mine its MPG was in the high 20s early 30s, after several long journeys it is now high 30s and on a run at 80+ will return 42mpg, so it pays to keep them running properly. Keith

Hi Keith
Thanks again. I will take it out for a blow out and hope that does the trick !
You live in a lovely part of the country. I used to go for holidays not far from you in my spotty youth, at Porte farm, Kentisbury in the mid 60's.
Always had good weather and my watering hole was the Blackmore Gate, a mile or two away, which I have a feeling burned down at some stage.
Regards
Pavlo
