I have just bought one of these "leaper badges" for the gear selector of my XF.
It looks very good and really finishes off the look of the centre console.

I toyed with the idea of setting it so it was straight when the car is in park, or possibly straight when the car is in drive. Ultimately, I went with park because the shifter rotates almost exactly 90 degrees when put into sport. Still, very happy with the piece, it's a nice solid metal disc and the black backing color looks really good. Also, it's pretty inexpensive.

 

All your setups are awesome especially the R shifter, I went with the original black growler and I love it and get tons of compliments at JLR and at jaguar meetings.
