Key fob lock doesn't work

Any ideas why key fob lock button doesn't work. I am only able to. Lock the car with the key. It is a 2009 Jaguar XF.

Hi,
This forum is for the X260, (2015 onward) model.
There's a forum for your X250 model on this site where you may get more answers.
