Default locking the XF
Is there a way to lock my 2010 XF with the engine running. I run into the store in the summer with my dog in the car and need to keep it on for a short period.

No.

In some parts of Canada it is now illegal to leave a dog in a locked car.

You should never leave your dog in a locked car with all the windows closed.
