Default Loss power & sluggish driving

I am new to the forum. please forgive me if i miss something out. From last night I found my Jaguar XF Premium Luxury 2010 model suddenly lost power and their isn't any warning light on my dash. When I drive on motorway drive fine but not smooth as before. Main problem is when you trying to start driving from stop or speeding up fell car is jerking a bit but it does gain speed when I push the paddle but it does take time more than before but I fell some kind of very fine shake on the paddle. Please can anyone help me. Car done 10600 miles and my warranty finish which came with the car when I bought it from a dealer (not Jaguar). it did happed before about six months ago and jaguar dealer fixed it under 2nd hand car dealer warranty. I don't know what to do now and I am very worried. please help me.

Thanks a lot.

What was the issue last time that they fixed? If you've seen it before then it's quite possible it's the same issue again. Can you call the dealer and find out what they did last time?

Did you change fuel type (did you fill with lower fuel grade) or go to a new gas station?

thanks a lot for your quick respond. I did look at all receipt and there isn't any mention of that but I do remember what they told me the time that there are two screw which control mechanical power of the engine was become loose and that is why there wasn't any massage of fault wasn't displayed on the dash. Whole thing did take them almost 3/4 days to find out and fixed and their explanation was " it was hard to find out because there wasn't picking by their diagnostic tools". Is there some screw like which control engine power, do you know off?
Tthanks a lot again.

Thanks a lot for your help. I normally use Tesco or Esso for my diesel but last twice I have bought from BP full tank and then use tesco for another full tank. I have bought 2/3 of tank diesel from Esso after I aware of the problem.

Your best bet is find what they fixed and how. And make sure with any future cars/fixes you always do that - useful lesson, really.
