Just to help you assess value for money, let's look at the 45K miles Service Schedule for your 2010 XF:
Of the 14 items listed, 13 are check / inspect / top up. The only action is the oil and filter change.
I can almost guarantee the dealer will come up with something in the 13 checks that needs replacing.
