Xfr
Quote: it might be time for maybe a ford 9inch.
I am a bit disappointed that an engine that makes 560 in the xfr-s only has about another 100 hp in it.
it's still in theory a 200mph saloon dude if you wanted longer gears go for the xjr v8 box it's an 8 speed im running 615bhp in my xjr575 just up rate the diff and change the ecu or whatever to give you that better range at 80 mine is sitting at 1500rpm in 8th and takes off the same as it would from 30mph on the track it's hit 204.9 in just over a minute so there is no reason yours couldn't and the fuel economy is brilliant it rarely goes down less than 35mpg around town and on the run when driving in the sweet spot it hits mid 50s which is amazing in its self for a V8

Before: 495hp/650Nm
Afer: 682hp/850NM and it was a torque limiter in a 6hp28 gearbox (now there's none, so there's more, will do a dyno later)
No issues with trans, diff, driveshafts. Only swapped a rubber coupling from a trans to a driveshaft.
Engine behaves pretty good, no issues at all, 80000km on an engine remap and 50000km after a trans remap (which totally transofrmed the way the car drives and delivers power)..
Rev limiter raised to 7300 from 6800, so there's definetely more horsepower)
And im very heavy-footed, using it's power pretty often. However there's big traction problems 0-100 even on a semi-slicks and remapped e-diff (which locks much sooner than in stock).

The 8th gear in the XJR (.67) and the 6th gear in the XFR (.69) are virtually the same. The only real difference is the final drive ratio. 2.56 XJR vs 3.31 in the XFR. The 6 sp box is stronger when built than the 8sp because it shares the internals with the Ford 6R80. The 8sp is easier to tune though. What I want to know is how Moscow deleted the torque limiters?

I've cracked a checsum algo, then defined a maps and scalars (372 maps and scalars now), modified it (removed a torque limiters, adjusted TC lockup, shift schedule, slip times, torque intervention, lots of pressures and other diffrent things), calculated a checksums, then loaded a modified map with SDD. After a tests the current version is v47 and it's ALMOST perfect
