Mina Exhaust adjustment?
Thanks everyone for the advice on the Mina exhaust - I called Chris at Mina Gallery and ordered a couple of weeks ago - had it installed on my 2010 XF/SC on Friday. Took about 45 mins.
The sound is truly terrific - it's exactly what I was looking for. Not outrageously noisy, but definitely brings the car to life in a way the stock does not.
Two issues:
1) The exhaust shop couldn't get the exhaust straight - the top of the left tip on the left-hand side of the car is touching the plastic bumper. And on the right-hand side both tips hang down a little lower. The guy played around for a while and tried to explain to me: Apparently adjusting one side to be in the right position makes the other side hit the bumper surround. I seem to remember at least one other person having this issue - but I can't find the thread. Can anyone help me resolve?
2) At low revs when idling (e.g. stopped at traffic lights with car in gear) I get an irritating rattle/vibration sound - I assume the exhaust is coming into contact with something. Sounds like metal on metal, but maybe it's that tip on the bumper - any suggestions?
Will be taking it back for the shop to adjust, but would love to be able to help them know how to solve this issue
Thanks!

I had the same issue. The exhaust will probably need to be cut and rewelded to fit right. That is also probably part of your weird sound issue because I had the same thing with mine and welding the exhaust right fixed that too. Good luck!
There is a bracket that needs to be bent up that the exhaust contacts. Get under the car and move it around until you see where it's contacting.
I also have the same adjustment issues as noted above. My left tips touch the plastic bumper and the right sits a bit lower. It isn't too obvious so I haven't messed with it too much.

I had same problem with my 2012 XFR. There's a bracket located to the outer side of each muffler. That needs to be bent out of the way. And the bracket on the left needs to be repositioned. Not sure about the right side. Not sure why shops are so lazy and don't do it right. I finally went to a shop recommended by Chris and they got it right (I live in LA). Also sound will smooth out after a 1000 or so miles. It keeps improving for me as it ages.
