Hi All,
I'm not new to the forums but have not posted before, so any help is appreciated.
I have a 2012 XF S Prem Lux (S/S). Third Jaguar, 2nd XF....I just don't learn :-)
This one has developed a few niggles.

1. Sat Nav has the familiar reset to Belgium and keeps endeavouring to 'initialise'.....works when I don't need it...But is obviously intuitive and won't work when I do need it
2. Start / Stop has a mind of its own..'nuff said' ! (Plenty about this on the boards..
3. Air con has decided to stop...this was not gradual (i.e. indicating gas loss)
4. DAB Radio Station Presets often not visible when the radio initialises.

Not electrically related....but I also have rattling drivers door!! Slightest tweak down of the window solves prob...I think its the seal on the door at the very top corner.

The electrical bits, I suspect, must have a common failing, either that, or I'm just unlucky....
The rattling door...same as the 2008 2.7 Prem Lux I had!!

Finally, I dont agree with the red squiggly lines....'endeavour' does have 'U' and 'initialise' an 'S'.....

A very delayed "welcome" to the forum Shaun as I can see you have been with us for more than three years.

The commonest cause of weird electrical phenomena on modern Jaguars is a failing or partially discharged battery. Wherever troubleshooting leads you, this should be checked and eliminated as the first step.
