Unhappy Navigation appears to be missing states

Here is an oddity: I went to create a stored memory point in my 2009 XF today and tried to change the "search area" (i.e. state) to Iowa.

However, it does not appear that "IA" is an option, and then I noticed other states are "missing" as well.

Is there a second disk I should be looking for? Is this a system setting of some kind I should turn on.

Help?!

Thanks.

I'm sure I don't have the second one, but I'll look. Anyone know the best replacement source for getting either just the disk I need or both disks?

Thanks.

Don't know the year of the disc that you have, but the 2009 MY Nav needs to have the 2010-2011 discs installed. They correct a software problem that caused the Nav system to malfunction when traveling on restricted lane roads. You can order the disc set through Jaguar NA, Navteq, or a dealer for $199

Jerry - thank you for that. I will go out and look right now. Here is a newbie question --- with a two-disc set do you literally have to pull over to the side of the road and switch discs when you go into a state on the other disc? Do both discs load simultaneously?

How does a 2-disc system work?

Thanks.

In 2011 it's a single slot nav DVD reader. You have to change discs manually. You can't load 2 DVDs. On the plus side, there is some overlap of the coverage areas between the 2 DVDs.
