I ask my friend, and this is what he replied:

hi,All I know is that they are running a night shift in the New Year.If its an English Jaguar enthusiast who wants a visit, he should contact his local dealer. There are no cars at the dealers yet so they seem happy to take prospective customers to CASTLE BROMWICH including non Jag owners who may be in the market to change from BMW or Mercedes!RegardsIan

The dealer I work at had several in the showroom yesterday. All of the customers had nothing but positive comments for it. It has a few small quirks to it, but overall it isn't bad. Pretty fun to drive, too.

Drove the Supercharged XF yesterday and all i can say is AAAAAAAAAAwsome
Being a Jag purist and Technician for 17 + years, I can say it took a bit to get accustomed to the
the new body style, But after driving it I am definently a fan. 420 HP moves you both in style and luxury verry quickly indeed
Just sitting in it is different then anything else on the road
"Change is Inevitable Embrace IT"
Without it we"d still be driving the Model T

That sounds a goo idea but this time I think XF will get some improvements too over the very first years just like earlier X Types vs late ones

I would think with history of the early X's, that they would see that train wreck coming and head it off before mass production of the XF..and stave off the bum rap like the X got initially.

We can only hope and see..
