Next Gen XF Wishlist
Since we all know that Jag is cooking up a new XF at some point in the next couple years, I thought bit would be interesting to generate a discussion about what we're hoping for in the next XF (as optional or standard equipment) For starters, I would list:
More power from both the 4 and 6 cyl engines
Better headlights - low beams have a very short throw (and yes, mine are properly adjusted)
More rear seat room and room in general - without making the car overall any bigger
Rear heated seats
Rear temp control
Sun visors that can extend to cover more of the side window
Bigger Nav screen
TPMS with psi readouts
Faster responses on the touchscreen
Mobile wifi
More driver adjustments for ambient lighting
Change the horn tone to a Jaguar "snarl" lol
There's more, but what do others think?

This is a cut/past from when the same question was asked a little while ago.
- Use more aluminium, all the bolted panels (bonnet, doors, boot)
- XFR Sportbrake please, stick it to the M5 Touring and RS6 Avant
- AWD Sportbrake with a lift kit, flares, underbody protection, etc... i.e. Audi Allroad.
- Manual transmissions
- Options need to be available across the whole model range regardless of trim level i.e. heated rear seats
- Whatever is available in a sedan, offer it in the Sportbrake.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head...

I'd really like more aluminum, enough to get the car into the 3800 lb range. I want AWD on the R model (I drive an XFR now and fight for traction at times). I'd alsolike better cooling capacity for both the engine and the brakes.
Another thing- there are thousands of sensors in our cars, and I'd like access to them. I'd like to be able to configure my dashboard to show the metrics I car about. I completely agree with the above comments about a launch control and an exhaust system worthy of a true performance car.
