No air from centre and rear vents
I am having an issues with no air coming out of the two central dashboard air vents or the two rear passenger air vents. The two outer vents on the dash by the passenger and driver windows work fine, as do the footwell and windscreen vents. The dashboard vents all rotate open normally when the car is started.
Anyone know how to fix this issue? Does this mean a blend door actuator has gone faulty?
Thanks!

Have they ever worked?
What happened when they stopped working?
Any work done in the dash? I ask as really the only time I have read about this it was due to prior work in the dash where the vents were not reconnected properly.
Otherwise you will need to investigate which means getting the vents out and see what's happening.

I got the car in November 2022 but have only started using the air con in the summer months, so I'm unsure when they stopped working.
I had a dash cam installed when I bought the car and the previous owner mentioned having work done to fix one of the vents not rotating open, though I think this was the drivers side vent near the window.
Would I be best pulling the vents out or looking at the blend door actuator which I think are in the drivers footwell?

If the vents are not opening I would remove the non-opening vents and take a look.
Blend door problems won't stop those vents from opening. So that might be a problem but first get the dash vents opening properly and then decide of the heating/cooling is working or not. The dash cam install raises red flags. Those guys are like stereo guys. Fast and furious! I have seen unbelievable amounts of damage done when having an aftermarket stereo installed.
Can you remove the dash vents that currently are not opening?

I was the one with the vents not working due to previous bad workmanship. I don't know whether or not it affected the rear vents as I never sit there. On my car one of the levers had not been placed in it's track in the mechanism. If you remove the trim piece above the footwell on the right-hand side, you should be able to see all the cranks and levers on the side of the climate control unit, see if any of the levers are not in their track. If you get someone to manipulate the air controls for you you should be able to see the levers moving. If the vents are all rotating open, you will gain nothing by removing them- the problem is lower down the system.
