Rear Camera blank and no working parking sensors. Ive seen alot of posts about a blue screen, but nothing about blank screens.

when placed into reverse, the reverse light engages on the rear of the vehicle, the screen inside the car switches from the menu screen to a blank black screen. While reversing there are no noises or indications that there is an obstruction or any warning/fault noises or indications on the dashboard.

any and all help is appreciated.
