Good morning. I have a 2014 XF. I’ve had a dash error, “battery not charging” a couple of times in the past week. I have charged the battery at home and the error stopped for a few days then returned. This morning, I decided to charge the battery, I also started engine to see if voltage increased from around 12.5v - it did.

I stopped engine, left charger on for a few mins. Came back to car it was showing as fully charged.

An hour later tried to start car, nothing - no power to dash - no signal to key FOB, can’t open trunk.

have I blown a fuse by starting the car with battery connected? I don’t have a multi meter (ordered one) but the times between getting the dash error were several days and a couple hundred miles in between
