After my V8 NA engine swap motor run perfectly after some issue like non charging alternator. After I fixed that my fuel pump is not sending fuel. Other than a bad or dead pump which I find highly unlikely is there
any issue related to engine swap that mite be causing no response or is this just standard electric faults, fuse, connector, bad pump etc

Which fuel pump? What codes does the car have?
What code reader are you using? If not SDD you might not be seeing all the codes.
