Noise from rear suspension/differential when changing P-->D or R-->D or P-->R

Hellou,

I am new here and I need help. I am quite experienced XF user as I already have mine for more than 4 years and still love it!

Often when I change mode on gear box, I hear some noise from rear. It feels like something is moving there what was steady before... When driving or driving away-no noise. Just when changing mode as I already described. Noise appears also when the car is on a narrow surface. When I stop on the hill, the sound is even more noticeable... Please Help me...
