Default P0088 High Fuel Rail Pressure

What would cause this code? I’ve already replaced both HPFP, vacuum pump, low pressure pump, in tank filter, fuel rail pressure sensor, low pressure sensor behind the wheel well and 4 injectors on the bank in question. I cannot get this stupid code to go away. Throws this code within the first 15 seconds of a very rough cold start, 3,800 RPM comes down to normal idle and restricted performance light comes on as well as a noise that SOUNDS like timing chain but is not. Noise is most prominent at HPFP cam and in the fuel lines coming from the pumps. 2011 5.0 with 58,000 miles. https://youtu.be/Ich5xhxcAU0

Probably ecu. I had one that was throwing cam timing fault all the time. Changed it, fixed it. But could also maybe be that your fuel pump cam is out of time because that chain is loose?

Have you ever found out what the issue was?
