P0105 & P1247 Restricted Mode

P0105 & P1247 Restricted Mode
Hi all,
I have a continual P0105 code appearing and am regularly going into restricted mode after a change up as the revs fall back below 2000prm, this then flags a P1247 code also.
I've noticed my DPF filling up pretty fast also. I can see on the forums on checking some loose hoses etc, have cleaned the MAP sensor but I'm not certain how I now approach things more methodically to get to a result before shelling out on new sensors etc.
