What year and engine do you have?
Also - did they provide you with a print out of the codes, you can ask for this, see attachment for example.
If its 4.2L N/A V8 (1st pic ) - the housing is plastic, they sometimes break inside. Also you have to assembly the thermostats on these. 5.0L V8 (2nd pic ) is a bit different. 3.0L V6 ( 3rd pic ).
