I really don't know if my car (Jaguar XF 2010 3.0D) has start/stop. It's never worked for as long as I've had the car if it does have it. In my boot there is only one battery and there doesn't seem to be a bracket for the fabled second battery. Here is a picture of the area. I didn't even give it a thought until I had the car in for a service and MOT and the guy tried to sell me a replacement battery for it for £900!!

A 2010 will be x250 pre-facelift so won't have stop/start
Later cars only have one battery, but that battery is a AGM battery which performs well enough not to need a 2nd battery to hejp it.
The other thing is if you have stop/start you will have an eco button on the dash.
Whatever battery you have it won't be anywhere near £900 somebody's pulling your pants down!

You don't have a second battery or Stop/Start (be thankful).

 

You don't have a button or a light because your car does not have start/stop.
As Reaxions said your car did not come with any of that.
