where did you find the xkr diff and how much was it.
thanks in advance 👍
I had it fitted by a company called Viezu, based in Bidford On Avon, Alcester, Warwickshire. It was a new unit, £2050.00 + labour back
in 2016. They did a few other things, remap, poly bushes, sports cats, changes supercharger pulley etc.

awesome mate, thanks for replying.
I had asked this question on another jag forum but was told only an expensive Quaife unit would work.
I'm going to try find a quality used one on ebay and get my mechanic to fit it. after that im looking to do a 10% pulley upgrade along with a remap and supercharger service, plus some performance panel air filters. It already has spires back boxes so it sounds great and always gets compliments on how good it sounds.
what bhp are you at now?
Thanks 😊

Not as much as you would have thought, last dyno was 324bhp/354ft/lb after mods.

I have got two other mods in mind, I have a set of headers that I have had ceramic coated and I am looking at replacing the auxiliary water pump (with the Bosch unit from the Range Rover 4.2 supercharged).
The Range Rover aux water pump is bigger and has a higher flow rate than the unit jag used. (water cooled intercooler for the supercharger)

Yes it is, the pre update dyno was 229hp/286ftlb - it had lost alot of horses over time, I believe the Jag 4.2 supercharged is rated at 412 out of the crate, so brand new,
at the rear wheels, you would expect approx 350/360hp, so I am still down.
