Default Pulsing Sound

I have this strange pulsing sound coming from the right side. I think it started a month or two ago, and was barely noticable, but now i can really hear it going above 30-40. The pulsing frequency increases with speed. It also goes away almost completely when turning right. I have attached a video. I mostly use it in the city, so it is not as noticable, but now i have a longer trip and I'm a bit worried since it seems to be getting worse.

By the way, it is not the tires. The tires were changed, and did not solve the issue. Can I drive with it, or will I loose a wheel or something?

I have attached a video

100% correct, fixed, back on the road. Put another 100 or so miles on it, until it started being loud on slow turns. Fixed it, shop said I was lucky as it was in pretty bad shape. So I guess if it happens to anyone else reading, don't wait too long.
