Rear Deck Lid Spoiler
Hi,
I just replaced my 2012 XF with a 2015 XF AWD.
I am thinking of adding a rear deck lid spoiler. Nothing too big but just to finish off the rear end a bit.
I can go with a Jaguar OEM part which comes primed and would need to be painted. Or, I can go aftermarket which for about $265 would already be painted using factory color code. The Jaguar OEM with painting would cost quite a bit more.
I met a paint touch up guy who does work for Jaguar dealers as well as other high end makes and he told me that he has seen some very nice aftermarket spoilers and that the paint work was very well done and matched perfectly.
Do any of you folks have an opinion on which way would be the best way to go? If any of you have used an aftermarket company with painting already done, would you kindly provide the name and let me know where you got it. Greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on the spoiler in my opinion. If you want the OEM one because it looks better I'd go that route. If the aftermarket one is near identical or looks better I'd get the aftermarket one. I wouldn't assume the aftermarket one would have paint issues. They should warranty their work or fix issues if the paint doesn't match.
Mina Gallery has the XFRS smaller spoiler available. It's a bit bolder and exact factory. I think his doesn't have the brake light so it doesn't require wiring. I have the small first gen spoiler and I've never loved it. It looks weak and not OEM even though it is. I had mine painted black on my lunar gray to match all my black trim.
I'm actually waiting on the BIG XFR-S wing from Mina. I know it's not very popular but I love it!!
Here's the smaller XFR-S
