Default Repair of dark Gauge Needles in the US?

I took the XF out last night for the first time after dark...and noted that the 2 indicator needles for the speedo and tach are dark; assuming it's the LEDs on the circuit board. ('12 XF Portfolio, FWIW). Looks like a common issue, so not that torqued about it.

Not wanting to go into the depths of pullilng the cluster apart (getting it out seems to be the least of the issues; used to do it on my XJ cars all the time to replace the backlighting bulbs), but wondering if there are any reliable shops in the US that can repair (replace) the illumination for the needles. For now, put the digital speed readout in the bottom of the center display, so I do know what my rate down the road is...but obviously would like to have the cluster working properly.

TIA

The infamous dials not lighting up
been there, I sent mine away on a two day turn round, they replace the lighting. circuits with upgrades, cost £170.00. I would say it is pretty common these light not working.
But company I used is in the UK
There must be a company where you are that sorts this kind of fault out

Thanks for the info from your side of the pond. I found a company down in Miami that responded to my enquiry...they can help, and asked what color I wanted the needles. LOL. My mechanic's wife suggested pink...but I think red or orange will be just fine. They estimate 225 USD plus insured shipping back. Sounds reasonable, as soon as I get the car out of my mechanic's (yes, the inevitable coolant leaks at the front and a new reman alternator...) will pull the cluster and send off. Oh, and did an oil change and tranny filter and fluid refresh. The shop specializes in Jag/BMW/Mercs, so they buy the ZF fluid by the drum...

Been working on various cars from your side of the lake since my first car, a '63 MGB (complete with missing floors and a chipped tooth on the unsrychro'd 1st gear) in 1975. They do get under your
skin...this particular repair will have to wait pending stamping down a couple coolant leaks at the top of the engine, a reman alternator (and battery...don't know which one took out the other, but both
were failed) and the tranny fluid and filter refresh. That should do it for the assault on my checkbook for now. I can live with the dead illumination on the needles for a bit, since I can call up the digital
speed readout on the MFD under the clock.
