Sat Nav and Rearview Camera - retrofit?

Hi all can any body help I have just purchased a XF 2.2 diesel SE year 2012 I want to have the touch screen monitor reprogramed so I can get sat nav and rearview camera.i just wondered if this can be done.the car already has rear park sensors fitted.but not camera or sat nav.
