Question Sat radio presets don't work thru steering wheel?

I have all of my Sat radio presets, but when you try to advance through them with the steering wheel control it advances through all of the Sat channels between the presets. The radio presets work as expected. How
could anyone design it to work that way? Anyone else having this issue?
Very annoying as you nust always have the Sat radio menu up to switch between favorite stations.

It does work off the steering wheel except that it works different when you're in SAT mode than AM/FM. When you're in SAT mode, simply move the wheel up and down and HOLD it there for 3 seconds. Shazam, it will get to your next preset. When you're in AM/FM, simply toggling the switch moves to your next preset. Don't ask me why there is an inconsistency in operation, but it is what it is. The instruction manual doesn't even tell you this . . .go figure.

That's a really good tip if it works. Hadn't heard that before.

Default Sat Radio presets

Thanks XFactoR, Not sure how long it might have taken to figure that out! Funny thing is that it works just the opposite for the FM radio presets I.E. a quick stab at the steering wheel and it goes to the next preset, a long two second long hold and it scans to the next available station. I kind of like that feature also as long as I can keep it strainght in my head first thing in the morning!

That does indeed do the trick. 3 seconds seems like an eternity when trying to change stations. Pretty ridiculous that the set up is different for SAT than FM.
