I was driving to our local Jaguar agent today, and followed an XF for a few miles. When we stopped in a traffic queue, I thought I saw a light shining inside the two exhaust pipes !! It was my own headlights reflecting off the inside of the pipes, and well inside them too. There was no blacking or corrosion at all they were really shiny. I suppose this can be expected from modern cars, with fuel injection, but it was a surprise to me, I can tell you. The XF was about 18 months old, I would say.

Maybe it was a brand new system and it had not had the time to go black inside. Either that ot the owner is VERY meticulous with his cleaning!
