Side mirror lamps dont work when turning

Default Side mirror lamps dont work when turning

Hey guys i have Jaguar XF 2009 so when i get it the side mirrors lamps were working when i turn left or right they light the sides, but now i have noticed that they dont work when i turn the wheel. When i unlock the car they`re working but then... i am speaking for theese lapms under the sided mirros

Those are known as puddle lamps, and they are not supposed to light up when you turn the wheel, only when you unlock the car.
Some XFs came with "cornering lamps", extra H1 bulbs in the headlights which point sideways and turn on when your headlights are on and you turn the wheel. Turn left and the LHS one turns on, turn right and the RHS one turns on.
Different lights completely to the puddle lamps.

yes, i know that, but i`ve noticed before that they light when i am turning and now not.
Strange.......

Maybe it was the front corning lights and it looked like the mirror lights was the source. Does it still work when locking and locking the doors?

Yes they work when i unlock the car, but i am 100% sure they worked when i turning... i`ve seen them many times through reflections of windows.

If that was the case, then something was wrong. Now it is correct.

mmm...nope its not

theese lights can be adjusted from the settings from the dealer.
I spoke with 3d dealer here and they`ve told me that
so i will come some day and i will let u know
