I've been researching for two months and can't seem to find any information on the Signature on the side of my car. It's located behind the front wheels / rocker panel. Dealer says it may be Ian Callum's but they are not sure.

MarkN, I can see anything custom or special its a 2010 XFR all factory. I'm the second owner.

I've searched other cars and pictures and just can't figure out why this car has "the signature" on both sides. Not sure where or who to ask now, but I really would like to know if any other XFR's have it and how/why did it get there.

Is it a sticker/decal, paint or relieved in the actual body panel?

 

It appears to be a decal which does not want to come off which realistically I could scrape it off but I want know what it is before I do that.

 

You might email Jag UK and ask. Include the complete VIN.

 

I've seen other cars with signatures in the engine compartment or on body parts like this usually signed at track events, car shows, etc. That would be my hunch...

 

So awesome I wish my 2009 XF SC was signed like my C32 AMG was soooo cool bro!!!

 

Don't scrape anything off it is very unusual and very cool!!!!

 

Hi Guys, first I want to thank you for your help and comments. Unfortunately, I can confirm that this is not Ian Callum's signature... but I still don't know who put it on or whose signature it is.

Guess I'll just leave it alone for now.
