09 XF with B&W , have had problem with Sirius re mapping channels. I have Sirius in other cars and re mapping occurs 1 or 2 times a year when they change channel lineup.
Mine has done since car was new. It may be fine for a few months, then will re map for 3,4, 5 times in a row.
Dealer has reloaded software a few times.
Sirius says no problem on their end

Anyone had similar or know what to check for?

ive had this issue a few times.....it changes all the presets to channel 184

i thought at one point it was a battery issue, it was losing memories.

 

Based on this TSB I suspect it's a software issue. However, if the dealer has reconfigured I'm not sure what else could be the problem other than maybe a faulty Sirius module?

 

My issue may be a bit different. The Sirius/XM radio just stops playing and the screen states that it's channel remapping. This will last 5-8 minutes and sometimes will start playing the earlier selected channel or just as frequently will initiate another remapping cycle and continuously repeat the remapping with loss of satellite service. Other modalities can be selected (AM/FM) without issue. I had Sirius resend/refresh the signal without solution. The problem is intermittent and more annoying than a crisis. It did not cross my mind that this could be a Jaguar issue. I am unaware of a TSB. My affected vehicle is a 2007 XK. Any solution short of a costly radio replacement would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to any help.
