Tire Rack says you can go 245-45-18" for winter tires. Or, 245-40-19" Or. get 20" winter tires. I warn you that these tires are ultra expensive, and they're not known for long mileage. And, you'd have to purchase an expensive set of wheels.
I had to replace one 45 series 18" tire due to a chuckhole this year and two more tires in a minor collision. The very low profile tires ride hard, and they're easy to shred if you don't watch your road conditions.
I switched over to a Ultra high performance All Season ZF tire (from Bridgestone summer highway tires) as a compromise, and my Lexus handles far better, especially in the rain and snow.
