SMART KEY NOT FOUND and don't START engine

I can help remotely with these issues, all what's needed is a windows based Laptop/PC and a J2534 device.
If you have disconnected or replaced the vehicles main battery, or if you have had work done on your vehicle, and than all of a sudden key is not working or vehicle is not starting, I can help you fix this, contact me.
I have also seen this same issue caused by just plugging a diagnostic scanner and scanning the vehicle with a low-voltage battery...
when these vehicles have low-voltage or the power is disconnected the key info gets corrupted between the Immobilizer modules, and the key info has to be rewritten on all the Immobilizer modules.
contact/pm if you need help with this.... also can help with other module/electrical issues if needed...

Try setting the computer date to 2012 and try to run updates again.
But we recently heard Jaguar has disconnected the older SDD servers. Not sure this is true?
