My 2014 Jaguar XJ 3.O Diesel has a seat squeak, I have taken the car back to the dealer for inspection? The dealer has taken out the seat and lubed up the necessary, I have a 2 year extended warranty on the car but the dealer tells me its not covered and they need £150 for the privilege! The dealer told me this comes under wear and tear? is this right??

 

they likely have you on that one.. if the functionality of the seat were compromised, you'd have a case
