To answer your original question. I have a '10 XF. I keep my iPhone 6 in my right front pants pocket when I am in my car. I also have never had an issue with the TPMS except for last week when I actually had a low pressure warning and my tire was, in fact, down to 23 lbs. so all in all, I would say for me it works as it's supposed to.

UPDATE: It was the usb charger i got from att store "Scosche reVOLT c2 Low Profile Car Charger- Dual 2.1A USB" that was causing the TPMS fault messages. The same charger works fine in my Toyota. So not sure what the logic is between TPMS and usb charger on the XF.

So where are you with the other items that were problematic? Are you still on the lemoning route?
