Just a note?
It's a TVS1900. Twin Vortices Series Supercharger.
Same one is used on the Cadillac CTS-V.
Here is a good bit about the blower from Eaton who makes it.

BUT i did make progress today, I changed the complete belt tensioner, JAGUAR seems to have a upgarde, which puts the pulleys in diferent locations, so it ends up being far from the water pipes, like 2 INCH clearance, instead of 1/5 inch lol.
it came with plastic pulleys, and groved including the tensioner one, I ALSO DIT alligmnet of pulleys , with some light sheem washers from behind, so the belt runs straignt, NOW belt runing without any movment or slip, or squuel.
I NOW HAVE NO LOSS OF BOOST< AS SOON as I HIT THE THROTLE DOWN IT INSTANTLY I HAVE INSTANT 8 PSI, from there it JUST steadily goes up to around 11.5PSI, at over 140MPH to around 12.5PSI at 6250RPM>
SO THAT MEANS NO OVER SPEED ON THE CHARGER, AS THE BOOST JUST CLIMBS WITH RPM!!!!!! AND ALSO NO slipage of belt, BEFORE i would get to 9 PSI, at around 4000rpm, and then start loosing pressure as low as 5 PSI on 6250 RPM<
I did find lots of fine shreded dust from the belt around the pulleys, engine bay etc.
BUT no more, holding fine for now, .... even when hot, I NEED a COOLER THERMOSTAT, anyone KNOW where to get one THAT OPENS AT LOVER TEMP, THE engine BAY gets DAM HOT when the CAR PUSHED to the limit... LOL

I am running Qauntum Tune,
I can post the details,
I have reconstructed THE RIGHT side of my EXHAUST, !! went testing, and until 2000 rpm, car is silent, so can be driven normaly ,, in town, on express at 80-100mPH, its silent when under 2800RPM, and not presing the Throtle much,
But WHEN you hit the Throtle HARD, !!!! the CAR is an animal, and NOW sounds like one, DEEP , RUMBLE, ..
I INSTALED MAGNA FLOW REAR ENDS< AND REBUILD THE CENTER X PIPE< I HAVE KEPT ORIGINAL CATS FOR NOW>>>
as seems the main restriction in the Exhaust was the rear END,

well, what can I say, need to look into TUNE, and TYRES
thinking of
TOYO PROXES R888R 315/30R20 101Y
any coments will be apprecitaed
also what TUNES OUT THERE ARE GOOD< and are doable long distance

Tires: factory 285/30/20 is about 26.73'' tall. my calculation is new proposed 315/30 would be 27.44'' tall and obviously 30mm wider tread.. might rub. might need to invest in fender roller tool.
Tune: Velocity AP is pretty responsive and their tune can be shipped via device that plugs into obd2 port.
