Transmission problem 3.0 litre diesel XF 59 plate

When driving up steeper hills my 3.0 litre diesel XF loses power and a whirling noise occurs. When I switch engine off and back on everything is back to normal
2codes come up on screen
Transmission friction C. P2702
Transmission Friction E. P 2704
Any ideas appreciated guys

Sounds very serious don't drive it. If it's not low on fluid (bad enough) then be really afraid. Get it to a trans specialist (or maybe a jag indy) immediately.
