Curious people's reactions to this tire. I pulled out my summers to put them on this Spring, they were two years old and this is what all four looked like. Even wear, but a slightly abused inner shoulder that just let go as they sat.

 

Well overdue for replacement..

 

Tread is down to the wear bars. What is the born on date? Looks like rubber is dry rotted. I see Michelin and Pilot Sport but which one? We run PS4S's on the Type in the summer. I generally get about 10,000 miles on the rears and 20,000 on the fronts.

 

They were 1.5 year old...

 

What’s the DOT date on them?

 

Doesn't matter how old they are, they are well worn. Either the compound is too soft for your conditions, or you're doing too many sick skids brah
