Default Where is the VVT solenoids located on the 5.0 base engine

I have been chasing a strange knock at warm restart that goes away and i believe its got something to do with the vvt solenoid failing. However i cannot find anywhere on the internet where i go to find it on my car and want to avoid going blindly into taking apart this car.

Front of the engine on the ends of the camshafts.
