winter mode, lean code issue
I notice that if I use winter mode, I get a lean code. I also assume my air filters are dirty. So would the heat of Florida, combined with dirty air filter, and timing of winter mode be a combo this car doesn't like.
I use it occasionally in traffic so I don't run into the person in front of me. The winter mode seems to tame the tiger, while any other mode, the car wants to take off like it's got a jato strapped to the rear. Anyway, I get the lean bank 1 code, then if I turn off winter mode, let it run in standard mode, it goes away.
Has anyone else had an issue like this? Is it common? I have off course ordered new filters, and will be changing them post-haste, once they arrive. I think I'll stop using winter mode for now.
