XF 2012-2015 gen. xenon lights self test
Hello everyone.
I've just owned second hand 2015 XF and i'd like to know if xenon headlamps on 2015 XF's do "self inspection" moving height adjustment motors all way down and up again every time the ignition is on? Some time ago I had S-Type fitted with xenons and it did such "light sweep test" every time when inginition was on.

Does your car have the AFS option? I don't remember when that was introduced either?
If you have AFS (Adaptive Front Lighting System) (at least in my XJ) you can turn the steering wheel while sitting in the garage and see the head lights move side to side a bit.
I don't think the XF has self leveling head lights like the older S type did.
