I recently purchased a Jaguar XF X260 RSport , it's a 2018 model and everything is working ok except that I noticed that the rear doors don't open from the inside, only from the outside.

Is this some kind of setting with the child locks? I can press the child lock button or the unlock / lock button and I hear them actuate on both sides but the doors remain locked. I've seen the video with the little hole next to the latch and I've tried turning the key in there, nothing happens.

One of my rear locks is new and replaced by Jaguar when I bought the car so I'm really puzzled as to what can be happening.

Any ideas ?

 

Take it back to Jaguar & tell them it's wrong since they worked on it I guess.
