Default Zip/Cable Tie Method

So,

I am thinking about doing the secondary tensioners on my 1998 XJ8 and I keep reading about the zip/cable tie method, but I can't seem to find a guide on how to do it. Could someone possibly post a link to it or possibly add it to the "How To" Sticky?

Thanks

I just did a quick search for tensioner replacement and found many entries. A good one was by "tempest" on 6/12 who documented both secondary tensioners by zip tie and thermostat housing.
