Default '11 XJL for $40K ?

Does this make any sense? Typo? Stolen car? Repossession?

I'm thinking involved in a major wreck. if you live in the area, I would say to go check it out. I would also write the VIN down and go to the local dealership and see what they can tell you about the history of the vehicle. You might be surprised as to what they will tell you. If you are worried about the car being stolen, you can also do a stop by of a police station or inspection station and give them the VIN number and tell them that you are looking at buying this car, but the deal seems just too good and you are making sure it is not stolen. they should run the VIN for you to see what is going on there too.

No, I don't live in that area, but that is good advice. And the car is supercharged, that's why I think this price is too good to be true as well.

First fishy thing is that the listing says the car is in Los Angeles but the phone # is from a Nashville area code???

Run away. Almost certainly a scam.

It's no longer listed so it must have been a scam or worse.
