Default 2011 XJL Supercharged badgins

I am looking at a 2011 XJL Supercharged but not a SuperSport. The side trim strips Show Jaguar but not Supercharged. Is this normal? I thought the badge said supercharged or is this just on the SuperSport?

It is a Supercharged V8 car and the VIN agrees.

I have a 2012 and you are correct, the side badges should say Supercharged.

When i took delivery on my 2013 SuperSport the side badges were plain so the dealer had to order and install the SuperSport badges.

My 2011 5.0 S/C has the side badge Supercharged, my build sheet only mentions the side vent option of being chrome, so not sure if that makes a difference.

I have never removed one to know, it is possible they are just stick on with double sided tape?

Default Actually…they bolt in

You have to remove the front wheel liner, and then there is an 11mm (might be 10mm or 12mm?) nut which attaches to the bolt which is an integral part of the side vents, I actually have a spare one of these that says “Supercharged’ if anyone one needs a spare…I have a 2014 XJR and those are different…it is interesting actually that that same part number has 8 different side vents options that fall under the very same part number, so don’t rely on the part number alone if you ever need one.

The side badges are held on with two pins that stick through the Sheetmetal.
