Hi! First time poster. I managed to rub my front left bumper on a painted post the other day (sometimes i forget how loooong the car is....). I've been able to rub out most of the transferred paint and added touch up paint to where it looks almost new, but the top piece of the bumper cover popped out and it won't go back in. I am not sure if there is a bracket or bolt\screw that is supposed to hold it in (and where to access it from). Long web searches looking at exploded parts views have only confused me more. Any advice would be appreciated. Have a great day!

You might need to remove the bumper cover and look? There are plastic alignment pins in that area that might have been broken in the impact. Easy to drop the bumper and it helps to use 2 people to prevent damage to the cover.
